Brad Pitt not paying meaningful child support: Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt Custody Aniston Angelina Jolie Says Brad Pitt Hasn’t Paid ‘Meaningful’ Child Support

The couple split just under two years ago in September 2016. The constraints of "meaningful" support were not outlined in a brief filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court. "[Pitt] has a duty to pay child support".

In June, 2018, a judge ordered Jolie to let her six children see Pitt, or risk losing her children altogether.

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie alleged in a court filing filed Tuesday that her ex-husband Brad Pitt has not paid any "meaningful" child support for more than a year and is now planning to force the actor to pay off the unpaid expenses.

"Angelina is not in need of money and could easily put a payment plan together for child support with Brad without this aggressive approach, but this is the way she chooses to handle things", the source continues.

Since the former couple have yet to officially divorce any financial agreement was an "informal arrangement" according to DeJean.

The brood is now living in London with Jolie as she films Maleficent 2, while Pitt has spent his court-ordered time with the kids in London and Los Angeles, where he is shooting Quentin Tarantino's new movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

The "informal arrangement" agreed between the two, Jolie's lawyer states, has not been followed by Pitt, however a source familiar with the situation tells Metro.co.uk that "Brad fulfills his commitments".

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt attend a special screening of "By The Sea" on November 3, 2015, in NY.

Brad Pitt's team fired back at Angelina Jolie's claims by insisting he has paid millions to support his children.

When asked how Jolie was coping (as seen in the video above), she said, "My focus is my children, our children, and my focus is finding this way through".

Jolie has sought sole custody of the children.

Pitt has kept a low profile in the past two years, while Jolie has recently been filming a sequel to fairytale drama "Maleficent" in London and directed a 2017 film about the 1970s Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia in which more than one million people died.
